Children's Hospital Association will reserve a hotel room(s) on your behalf. Please enter all necessary information when prompted during registration. A confirmation will be sent via email directly from the hotel once reserved. Please note: it is your responsibility to inform the hotel if you would like to request an early or late check in.

Guest rooms are available at the group rate until Monday, May 19 or until the block is sold out, whichever occurs first.

Cancellation: Reservations canceled within 72 hours of arrival are charged one night room and tax.

In the unfortunate event that the Children's Hospital Association cancels this event, CHA is not responsible for travel or other expenses incurred by registrants or individuals traveling with registrants.
